Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of GrafyMe and immediate access to pro features upon subscription, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors
  • Technical issues preventing access to the service

To request a refund, please contact us at support@grafy.me within 7 days of the transaction.

We reserve the right to grant or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.
